As part of the Future Flight Challenge, Innovate UK has launched an exciting new scheme to support women working across the aerospace and aviation sector in maximising their career potential.
Reaching my Potential will offer bespoke mentoring support to a group of women working in the sector and is led by Sue Durbin, an expert in employment and gender, and founding member of the alta mentoring platform for women in aerospace and aviation.
